海洋與食品學院黃世英副教授，于2016年10月9日～2016年10月12日前往美國佛羅里達州奧蘭多，參加第9屆國際營養(yǎng)保健品和功能食品協(xié)會(The International Society for Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods (ISNFF) )年度大會，進行兩場口頭報告：《 New therapeutic targeting strategies of drug developments and applications from marine bioactive substances》及《Biofunctional activities of peptide extracts from Glycine max and nattokinase from Bacillus subtilis natto for cosmetic and food ingredients》。同時，黃世英副教授觀摩各國其他學者之最新研究成果的發(fā)表。黃世英副教授也積極與出席大會之各國學者進行學術交流，并宣傳與分享在泉州師范學院海洋與食品學院的科研成果。此外，根據(jù)大會統(tǒng)計，共約有30國的學者參與第9屆國際營養(yǎng)保健品和功能食品協(xié)會年度大會。
