陳培琳(1994.1),男,博士。主要研究方向:食品與腸道菌群,功能性碳水化合物的分離純化、結(jié)構(gòu)表征以及活性機(jī)制的研究。主持福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文基金項目一項,參與國家自然科學(xué)基金一項,橫向課題一項。共計發(fā)表國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)論文18篇,其中第一作者9篇,SCI收錄7篇,CSCD收錄2篇,授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利1件。
