林婉媚,1995年生,福建晉江人,工學(xué)博士。研究方向?yàn)楣δ苄允称钒b、肉品及水產(chǎn)品貯藏保鮮,主要開展基于生物基材料的智能活性食品包裝的設(shè)計(jì)。參與國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),主持校級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。以第一及共一作者中科院一區(qū)期刊發(fā)表SCI論文10;授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng);參編國家級(jí)著作2部。
